Student Maintenance Request Orders



Please select an option from the menu at the top of the page. You can submit a Maintenance Request or check the status of a Maintenance Request. If you are having difficulties, please click on Help. Maintenance Requests are checked every 15 minutes Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and assigned to the trade required to complete the task.

The Maintenance Department is located in the basement of the Elliot Center and has regular hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Outside of normal hours if your request is an emergency such as no heat, no power, water coming through the ceiling etc. you must contact Campus Safety at 358-2228.

If you have questions concerning any technology issue such as Wi-Fi connectivity, a broken data jack, etc., do not submit a Maintenance Request. Please contact the HelpDesk at 603-358-2532, or via email You can also stop by their office on the 2nd floor of Elliot Hall.
